With over 25 years of experience in music production and more than 16 years specialising in audio mastering, my work spans music, sound design, audio education, digital content and professional audio production.
I'm Raff Di Renzo, founder of Eleven One One Audio. My approach combines hands-on technical experience, creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of how sound works, from individual elements within a mix to finished audio delivered for its intended purpose.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My career has been built through decades of practical experience across music, audio production and the wider creative industry.
As a self-taught producer and mastering engineer, I've developed my skills through hands-on work, experimentation, collaboration and delivering projects across different formats and audiences.
My background includes independent music releases, professional mixing and mastering, sound design, sample creation, music technology education and digital content.
This combination of creative and technical experience allows me to approach audio challenges from different perspectives, identify practical solutions and adapt my work to the needs of each project.
EXPERIENCE ACROSS AUDIO
Mixing & Mastering
Over 16 years of specialising in audio mastering, working with producers, artists and labels to refine balance, dynamics, clarity and impact while preserving the character of the original production. My work focuses on translation, detail and consistency, helping audio perform as intended across different listening environments and playback systems.
Music Production & Sound Design
Over 25 years of music production, sound design, synthesis, sampling and creative experimentation. My experience includes developing sounds from original recordings, manipulating audio into new forms, building samples and shaping individual elements into cohesive productions.
Sample Creation & Digital Audio
As a commissioned sample creator for BandLab since 2021, I've contributed to the creation of audio content designed for music makers and digital creative environments. This work combines sound design, production technique and an understanding of how sounds need to function in practical creative workflows.
Audio Education & Mentoring
From one-to-one producer mentoring to wider music technology education, I've worked to make technical audio concepts understandable, practical and useful. Between 2018 and 2023, I worked as Content & Partnership Manager at Education & Bass, supporting music education initiatives and online music technology accreditation. My approach to education is rooted in practical experience: understanding not only what a technique does, but why it works and when to use it.
Digital Content & Media
My experience extends to audio for digital content and children's media, including mixing and mastering work associated with the YouTube series Little Baby Bum. Working with content requires an understanding of clarity, consistency, delivery requirements and the way audio supports the wider viewing experience.
Commercial & Bespoke Audio
Through Eleven One One Audio, I also provide audio expertise for projects beyond traditional music releases. This includes bespoke sound design, audio editing, restoration, original audio creation and technical consultation, depending on the requirements of the project. Whether the brief is creative, technical or commercial, the objective is the same: understand the requirement, identify the right solution and deliver audio that serves its purpose.

HOW I APPROACH A PROJECT
Every project starts with understanding what the audio needs to achieve.
That might mean improving the translation of a music production, creating a distinctive sound from scratch, preparing audio for digital content or helping a business solve a specific audio challenge.
My approach is built around four principles:
